The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

💰 Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
💳 Bank Transfers & Mobile Wallets: For bKash, Nagad, or Rocket payments, refunds will be processed accordingly.

5. Exchanges
